This book is a rom-com with a happily-ever-after ending, but unlike my previous books, it contains elements of danger, including depictions of and discussions of online stalking as well as on-the-page danger from fire and firearms. Additional topics that might cause distress for some readers include mention of parents’ deaths, mention of a lover’s death and accompanying trauma, and discussion of past depression and suicidality.
